Meet Cassandra Maas

Cassandra is a second-generation Realtor® who combines her technical background with her love of real estate to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. Every transaction is different and her technical skills make navigating the increasingly technical side of real estate easy and efficient.

 

Cassandra has set several neighborhood records for guiding her sellers to the highest possible price for their homes. She has prepared offers on behalf of her buyers that have helped her buyers succeed in multiple offer situations to get the home even when they were not the highest offer. Her accessibility to her clients and her responsiveness keep every transaction moving forward smoothly.

 

Cassandra has lived in both Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties in Los Altos, Mountain View, Santa Clara, San Jose, Almaden Valley, Capitola, Seascape, La Selva Beach, West Santa Cruz, downtown Los Gatos, the Santa Cruz Mountains, and San Carlos.

 

Cassandra has served as the Chair for the Los Gatos and Saratoga District of SILVAR, served on the Los Gatos and Saratoga Council for several years, and was a Board member on the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors® Board. She also served as a California Association of Realtors® Director.

 

Cassandra believes in giving back to her community and has served in leadership roles as a Girl Scout Leader, President of Los Gatos and Saratoga Soroptimist, Board member of Only Kindness, and has volunteered for Junior Achievement. She has also mentored other Realtors®.

 

She loves cooking, gardening, and spending time working on her home, caring for her pets, and enjoying time with her family and friends.
